Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. $15 flat fee

DELIVERY TIME

7–14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs processing.

DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with your tracking number follows once your order is dispatched.

During high-volume periods (new drops, sale events) processing times may extend to 3 business days. We'll communicate any delays by email.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email from us. Use the link in the email or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number directly.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at thegodabrand@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it.

RETURNS WINDOW

30 days from the date of delivery.

CONDITION

Unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

EXCLUSIONS

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

REFUND TIMING

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Allow 3–5 further days for the refund to appear in your account.
