How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use the link in the email to follow your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Email us at returns@thegodabrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. The easiest approach is to return your item for a refund and place a new order — we process returns quickly so you're not waiting.

What sizes do you stock?

Our headwear is one-size-fits-most with an adjustable back strap (54–62cm). Specific size details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my hat?

Spot clean with cold water and a mild detergent. Do not machine wash — it will distort the structure. Air dry in shape. Do not tumble dry or iron the brim.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Core styles are restocked regularly. Limited colourways may not return. Follow us on Instagram for restock announcements.
